Is my login information safe?

Yes. You authenticate directly with your broker — DripData never receives or stores your username or password. We use read-only OAuth tokens via SnapTrade.

What data is synced?

Positions (ticker, quantity, cost basis), transaction history (buys, sells, dividends received), and live account balance.

Can DripData place trades?

No. The connection is strictly read-only. We can only see your holdings — we cannot move money or place orders.

How often does data sync?

Holdings sync automatically when you load your portfolio. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the portfolio page.
